All order ship the same day if placed before 12pm. If place after that they will ship the following day, including Saturdays. Delivery depends on your location and shipment selection.

What if I can find the party theme or character in your site?
We are constantly searching for items to complement and increase our inventory. Send us an email or note through the contact link below and we’ll try to source out the item you’re looking for. If we can’t we’ll suggest similar items that may interest you.

How do  cancel an order?

If you made a mistake in your order or would like to simple cancel your order, send us an email to ipartybox.com or you may use our contact form.  If the item has not been shipped, it will be canceled without a restocking fee. Please note that items are generally shipped the same day unless your order is placed after 3 pm or on weekends, in that case they are shipped the following business day.

The item I want is out of stock. How can I be alerted if it became available?

Let us know what item you are looking for. As soon as it became available, we’ll notify you via email.
